WAVE is a 40.8-metre Benetti Oasis 40M launched in 2024, built on a GRP displacement hull and registered in the Cayman Islands. Her exterior lines are the work of RWD, while the interior has been conceived by New York-based Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture — a pairing that brings together established British naval design and contemporary transatlantic interiors. At 385 gross tonnes and with a crew of nine attending ten guests across five cabins, she offers a crew-to-guest ratio and a quality of finish that align with the upper tier of modern charter tonnage in her size bracket.

WAVE operates across both the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, with charter availability documented across France, Italy, Corsica, Sardinia, the French Riviera, Antigua, the Bahamas, St Barts, and Saint Martin.
