RUYA is a 41.4-metre custom composite yacht built by Alia Yacht in 2016 and refitted in 2021, registered under the Cayman Islands flag. Both the exterior and interior were designed by Sam Sorgiovanni, whose signature blend of clean Australian modernism and warm material choices gives RUYA a distinctive and cohesive character that stands apart from production contemporaries.

She accommodates ten guests across five cabins with a crew of nine — a strong ratio that enables attentive, personalised service throughout a charter. Her regions encompass the central and western Mediterranean, including the French Riviera, Monaco, Amalfi Coast, Sardinia, and Corsica. RUYA is well matched to discerning guests seeking an intimate, design-led yacht charter in the Italian and French Mediterranean. She is not configured for long-haul global itineraries, though her 4,116-nautical-mile range supports meaningful passages within the region.

The onboard amenities are well rounded: deck jacuzzi, beach club, outdoor bar, gym, hydraulic swim platform, and tender garage are all confirmed. The water sports programme includes jet skis, Seabob F5S units, kayaks, paddleboards, water skis, wakeboards, and an array of towable inflatables. Three tenders are carried to support shore access and water activities.
