PHOENIX II is a 35.5-metre custom GRP displacement motor yacht built in 2003 through a collaboration between Notika Teknik and the Nedship Group, refitted in 2020 and registered under the Dutch flag. Exterior lines were drawn by Dixon Yacht Design, with interiors by Schnaase Interior Design — a pairing that reflects the northern European tradition of functional elegance and considered material specification.

Accommodating up to 9 guests across four cabins with a crew of six, PHOENIX II operates with a crew-to-guest ratio that supports attentive, personalised service. Her charter regions are focused on the eastern Mediterranean — Greece, Turkey, and the island of Mykonos — where her 1,400-nautical-mile range is well suited to the short-passage coastal cruising that defines Aegean itinerary planning. She is less appropriate for guests seeking long-range voyages or large-group entertaining.

The Nedship Group's involvement in construction signals a standard of Dutch build quality applied to a GRP hull — a combination that balances structural solidity with lower maintenance characteristics. Dixon Yacht Design's exterior gives her a clean, purposeful profile, while the 2020 refit brings her systems and appointments to a respectable current standard. A waterslide, jet-ski, Seabob, water-skiing equipment, towable inflatables, snorkelling, and fishing gear provide an active programme suited to mixed groups.
