MOSKITO

MOSKITO is a 55-metre steel motor yacht built by Heesen in 2021 to the 55m Steel model specification, registered in the Cayman Islands, with exterior design by Omega Architects and interior by Bannenberg & Rowell. She is a recent Heesen build — a yard with an established reputation for precision engineering and exacting construction standards — and her combination of two marquee design practices gives her a high level of design quality both above and below decks.

She accommodates 12 guests across 6 cabins with a professional crew of 13, maintaining a ratio of better than one-to-one. MOSKITO operates across an extensive charter footprint that spans both the Mediterranean and Caribbean: Italy, France, Corsica, Sardinia, Ibiza, the Balearics, Croatia, Montenegro, Malta, Monaco, the Amalfi Coast, the French Riviera, Antigua, Saint Martin, St Barts, the Virgin Islands, and the Caribbean broadly. With a range of 4,500 nautical miles, she is fully capable of transatlantic positioning. She is appropriate for guests seeking a modern, well-crewed vessel with wide itinerary options; less suited to those prioritising a smaller or older charter experience.

As a 2021 Heesen with no refit required, MOSKITO benefits from current engineering throughout — her steel hull, stabilisation systems, beach club, and technical layout reflect contemporary superyacht thinking. At-anchor and underway stabilisers are fitted. The beach club, tender garage, and sun deck provide distinct social zones across her volume.

The onboard experience is comprehensive: beach club, deck jacuzzi, jacuzzi, outdoor bar, sun deck, sunpads, gym, and swimming platform are all fitted. The water sports inventory includes two SeaDoo jet-skis, two F5 Seabobs, foilboard, wakesurf, wakeboard, water-skis, paddleboards, an inflatable kayak, doughnut, banana, towable toys, and snorkelling equipment. Two tenders and two GoCycle electric bikes are also carried. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are fitted throughout.
