MOONLIGHT II is a 91.4-metre steel motor yacht built by Neorion in 2005, designed inside and out by Alpha Marine with Lally Poulias, registered in Malta, and refitted in 2020. At over 90 metres, she sits firmly in the large superyacht category and offers a scale of facilities and guest accommodation that few charter vessels in the market can match. The refit of 2020 has refreshed systems and interiors to a standard appropriate to her size and market positioning.

She accommodates up to 36 guests across 18 cabins — a capacity suited to corporate events, large family charters, or group gatherings — supported by a crew of 36, delivering a one-to-one ratio that maintains a high service standard across all passenger spaces. At 91 metres with a steel displacement hull, MOONLIGHT II has the structural mass and seakeeping composure that large passages require. Underway and at-anchor stabilisers are fitted throughout. The vessel's facilities include a helipad, elevator, full spa, sauna, steam room, massage room, beauty room, gym, movie theatre, conference room, piano, beach club, and multiple outdoor deck areas. The water sports programme includes 4 Yamaha Waverunners, seabobs, a dive compressor with full scuba equipment for 6 divers, kayaks, wakeboards, water-skis, a doughnut, and snorkelling and fishing equipment. A crane facilitates tender and toy deployment. Satcom, Wi-Fi, outdoor bar, projector, and video-on-demand are fitted for communications and entertainment. A tender is on file.
